HIPOLITO BALATBAT CLAN

H-appy families of the Hipolito and Maxima Balatbat came for the reunion

I-nspiring words made everyone feel loved, cared, and closer as one family

P-rayer before the fun annual event led by Dr. Felicisima Balatbat-Bacon

O-verjoyed by humorous stories and Tagalog poems during the program

L-echon was so juicy, delicious, and skin so crispy adorned the food table

I-ncredible singing voices of some members entertained everyone present

T-otally awesome and surprised were families that joined this year’s reunion

O-ther cousins came from Laguna, Malolos, Manila, Tarlac, and USA

*****

B-anners of Balatbat children and “Welcome” hang on the huge stage

A-rray of mouth-watering and delectable Filipino foods filled the long table

L-ingered around were the spirits of our parents, grandparents, great grandparents

A-dorable children, teen-agers, and adults liked surprises in their Easter eggs

T-oys, cosmetics, household items, school supplies, and souvenirs were numerous

B-eautiful, charming, and smiling faces of the children showed super satisfaction

A-ll members of every family joined the fun of singing and dancing as a group

T-hankful to God for bountiful blessings, granting us to come together again

*****

C-ozy was the atmosphere with hugging, kissing, and great feeling of warmth

L-ifted the spirits of those that experienced the fun and joy of the reunion

A-ccommodating and cheerful attitude lured other relatives to celebrate the date

N-ever was a dull moment during the entire reunion day of the Balatbat clan

LUCILA GARCIA PERONA

ALA-ALANG Naiwan ni Nanang Lucing
  (Lucila Garcia Perona)

Emperdible, aguhilya, klip, aspile, gunting, karayom, sinulid, suyod at suklay
